Plain Germanica by PJL is a free medieval Gothic font with the dense, ceremonial rhythm of blackletter signage. The letters mix broad, carved-looking strokes with sharp diamond tips and a few dramatic curls, so the font feels formal, old-world, and a little severe without losing movement.
