Kyoto Song

Kyoto Song is a free script font with a loose brush-painted rhythm that nods to Japanese calligraphy. The rough, splattered strokes and broken circular forms make the lettering feel improvised and ink-heavy, more like quick marks on paper than a polished display design.

That raw motion gives short titles a clear role on poster art, album covers, zine headers, restaurant branding, and event flyers. It also makes sense for packaging or menus that want an expressive Kyoto reference, since the smeared edges and hand-drawn turns keep the font rooted in gesture rather than tidy decoration.
