Bubbles 2, created by Ethan Sherriff of FontStruct, is a free bubble display font whose letters are assembled from neat rows of open, evenly weighted circles, with a loose scalloped edge around each form. Its rounded letterforms feel playful and pleasantly mechanical.
The repeated dot pattern fits children's event posters and candy packaging, but it also gives dance music graphics, festival merchandise, and arcade game screens a lively modular texture. In these settings, the lettering can become part of the imagery itself, with the circles echoing sweets, marquee bulbs, beads, or game pieces rather than behaving like ordinary printed type.
